I see that you enjoy cooking, what got you into it and how did you learn? Just curious, these kinds of things are always interesting to me for some reason. :P

Working at casual to fine dining restaurants for most of my working life I have grown familiar and accustomed to styles, and ingredients. I just need the skills, technique, and really money (to buy ingredients) before I am really good at cooking. I do the best I can now. I’m good at pairing ingredients and what goes together. To me it’s a lot like graphic design.
