Crafty-ass Disney. They find a way to get him sleeveless or at least deep-V neck in every episode, even on other Disney shows he cameos on. They know what they are doing, and I’m sure he doesn’t mind. They never go full-on shirtless with him, (I guess they are trying to appear to not be completely shamelessly gratuitous) but they have gone as far as body paint (when he was on The Suite Life On Deck) and skintight spandex (when he was on Jonas LA).
But this last time it seemed pretty forced and gratuitous, what with his sleeves being actually pulled OFF.
