My internet has gone down twice today, so I called them, and ignored the 3 prompts that say there are outages in my area.. after 30 min of holding I got through to someone who assured me that there’s NOTHING I CAN DO and that there’s no other troubleshooting to be done, and that it is, no doubt, an outage of the LA South Server- and that all I can do is wait an undetermined amount of time. Perhaps until tomorrow.
So I do a little troubleshooting myself, and within 1 minute I have it working again.
Those assholes are just lazy.
