from an old man talking about how he lives in a facility for elderly men, and how he sneaks out and goes to the Moose Lounge to drink beer and get stoned, but they won’t let him have whiskey because last time he got crazy and ended up in the hospital.
Whoever he thought he was calling, he was trying to convince to come move into the facility too so they could party together.
